Tulipanna wanting to expand their 20 year business to be online, have had many false starts over the years with their online presence shrinking. When we were appointed to re-build their online presence, we found that their e-commerce website was broken unable to take orders, and their social medial presence had stalled.
Working with Tulipanna we identified their core business strengths and created a clear strategy for their website relaunch.
Relaunching Tulipanna's e-commerce website, we focused on a simple interactive design highlighting the ease of use in purchasing a product clearly displaying each products key attributes. We coupled this with a Google ads campaign, social media posts and advertising and a e-newsletter strategy to drive traffic to the website and convert these users into sales.
The strategy saw online sales increase month on month for over a year (2019-2021).
